We're Hiring.
HVAC Service Technician
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems across the Central Valley. Strong troubleshooting skills and EPA 608 certification preferred. Valid CA driver's license required.
HVAC Installation Technician
Install new HVAC systems in residential properties throughout the Central Valley. Experience with ductwork, refrigerant handling, and electrical connections required. We work primarily with Ruud and Trane equipment.
HVAC Apprentice
Entry-level opportunity to learn the trade alongside experienced technicians. No prior HVAC experience necessary — we'll train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and genuine desire to grow in the trade.
Service Dispatcher / Customer Care
Coordinate service calls, communicate with customers, and support our field technicians day-to-day. Excellent communication skills and comfort with scheduling software required. Prior dispatch or customer service experience a plus.
