The paperwork matters: MID requires installation by a C-20 licensed contractor in good standing, a CEE-listed unit with a current AHRI certificate, a copy of the city or county permit, and the paid contractor invoice. Limit two AC or heat pump rebates per household, maximum five tons per unit. We handle that package on qualifying Jones installs.
