One honest note on the big statewide programs: TECH Clean California single-family heat pump incentives closed to new reservations on November 14, 2025, HEEHRA income-qualified rebates were declared fully reserved statewide on February 24, 2026 (waitlist only), and the federal 25C tax credit expired December 31, 2025. Anyone quoting you those dollars today is selling with stale numbers.
